NEW BANDS ADDED TO SOUNDWAVE REVOLUTION

A host of new bands have been added to the somewhat mysterious aussie-based project Soundwave Revolution. The Damned Things, In This Moment, The SwellersEvery Time I Die, Four Year Strong, This Providence and Madina Lake are just a few of the latest additions. We still don’t know much about the tour/festival, but it sure does sound exciting!

SOUNDWAVE REVOLUTION…?

Word on the street is that Soundwave Touring; the brains behind the epic Aussie Summer tour that is Soundwave are in the midst of creating a new festival: Soundwave Revolution. The company seem to be rather tight-lipped on the project thus far, but word has spread on the internet and gained their facebook page an impressive 9,000+ followers already. The only band thus far confirmed is CtrlAltRock favourites Young Guns. Stay tuned for more info!

SOUNDWAVE 2011

SOUNDWAVE is back for 2011 and heavier than ever! The line-up is as epic as one would expect from arguably the biggest alternative festival on the Australian circuit, featuring UK metal gods Iron Maiden headlining. They’ll be joined by an all star line up including The Gaslight Anthem, Slash, The Bronx, New Found Glory, The Ataris, 30 Seconds to Mars, The Maine, Social Distortion, The Blackout and many, many, many more.
