For Scottish music fans the end of August is always a difficult time to hear about the abundance of warm up shows for the epic Leeds and Reading Festivals. Every year some of the top billed and favourite acts are known to play ridiculously intimate shows for dedicated fans, and we sob at the thought of pricing a return train ticket to London.
